Seeking Restaurant / Bar Managers with Training experience

If so, we are looking for 2 candidates for our Manager-In-Training program with previous experience in the food and beverage industry.

 

The ideal candidate:

-Operates well in fast-paced environments

-Great personality and has a “customer first” mentality

-The ability to Multi-Task and think quickly

-Follows systems and processes effectively

-The drive to be a team leader to train and teach others 

 

Just like most people in the restaurant industry, all the top leaders in our organization were frustrated about limited growth potential in previous positions.
